Event - Harvest Festival

We celebrated Harvest festival. KS2 held a mass in church whilst KS1 gathered in the hall.

Children brought in a collection of tins and other dry goods. We gathered together to give thanks for all the food we have and thank farmers for the food they produce. We thought and prayed for those people who are not as fortunate as us.

We sang hymns about the harvest and children read bidding prayers thanking God for everything that we have.

All donations to the harvest festival will go to St Chad’s to continue to support their wonderful work for people who are less fortunate than us.
