Event - May Procession

On Thursday 25th May we commemorated the month of Mary by holding our annual May Procession.

The whole school gathered in the hall for a prayer service. Hymns were sung, prayers shared and thanks were given to Mary our Mother.

Two children from Year 3 crowned Mary with flowers and said a special prayer for Our Lady.

After the prayer service Key Stage 2 processed to the grotto at church and Key Stage 1 led out to our own prayer garden to lay flowers and to pray to Mary our mother.

We were lucky to be joined by Father Simon who led us in prayer.
