Event - 'One Million Children' Prayer Service

We gathered as a school to take part in ‘One Million Children-praying for the Rosary’. This was to support ‘Aid to the Church in Need’.

Children from all over the world took part in this special event with the aim being that a million children would be saying the Rosary globally at the same time. We gathered together reverently for a prayer service in the hall. Some of our children read the joyful mysteries of Mary before we said a decade of the Rosary.

This was a lovely event to share with other schools. We had time to reflect on our families, our Gospel Values for this half term, and how we can show love and compassion in this special month of Mary.
